Open Arms Director

Open Arms and Zion Lutheran Church are blessed with a highly qualified, experienced and capable administrator who came here from Oregon in 2003. Lenetta Colbert started a center in Portland at her home church and served there for 14 years. She also worked at a Resource and Referral Agency for early childhood and ran her own home-based childcare.
