What do Christian believe? How do Christians act? These questions have many, many different answers depending on who you ask. There are many different versions of the Christian Faith, and yet, Christians are in agreement in at least 90% of what they believe.

“Because…. Therefore…” is a class that presents what Christians believe from a Lutheran perspective. Martin Luther said that anyone who wanted to be a Christian should know six things. The class is organized around those six topics:

The Ten Commandments – What God expects!
The Creed – What we believe about the Trinity!
The Lord’s Prayer – How to pray and what to pray for!
The Sacrament of Baptism – How God adopts us into His family!
The Sacrament of Holy Communion – God’s table of Grace!
The Office of Keys – How God’s great gift of forgiveness is shared!

The class is presented in several formats: An eight week – a Super Weekend Edition– Dress is casual and questions and discussion are encouraged. Childcare is available for all classes.
